Fresno's newest food truck: Casa de Tamales

Well, this isn't exactly ground breaking stuff.
Casa de Tamales has been on the mobile scene for awhile - from the local farmer's markets to CartHop.
But now, it is OFFICIAL! Casa de Tamales are now a part of the local food truck scene in all respects.
To celebrate, they are hosting a "grand opening" at Bella Frutta (where they threw the Tamale Throwdown) this Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Casa's new endeavor with their new cart won't be the only thing to celebrate. Half of the profits from their tamale specials (creamy chicken poblano and blueberry cream cheese) will be going to the Animal Rescue of Fresno.
Bella Frutta is located at 1959 N. Willow Ave in Clovis.
