PART 2, Bach to Nature at OSO de ORO Park: Doing the Avian Shuffle BY Shirley Kirsten

I became addicted to Oso De Oro Park after filming the exquisite landscape with my daughter this past weekend. Add a soulful JS Bach Prelude to the mix and I was in paradise. And that's how our first video was born and posted on You Tube. After the rains came, and then subsided, I returned to the park intent on acquiring additional footage of ducks, geese, and gulls, but this time the gate to the lake was locked. Holding a Sony camcorder, I awkwardly poked it through iron bars, trying to lull colorful avians my way, but they hardly stood still for a minute, and danced out of camera range. 55 minutes later, I outsmarted these birds with a bagful of Cheerios,  kept them at bay, and managed to acquire 6 viable frames that my daughter could use in our second video. The results, embedded with music were worth a chuckle:
