Fresno Famous

I was recently contacted by the graphics producer of the T.V. series House, M.D. about using two of my Flickr photos in the television series. Needless to say, I was quite surprised to learn of her interest in these. It turns out she was surfing the internet in search of images of Fresno when she came upon my photos of the historic welcome arch at sunset and of the Amtrak station at night.

I'm told the images will be used in a picture calendar. House, M.D. is a medical drama that takes place in New Jersey. On this particular episode, one of the characters travels to Fresno and is looking through the calendar.

The episode is called "Informed Consent" and is set to air on Tuesday September 19 at 8:00pm on Fox-TV. Locally in Fresno, that's KMPH Channel 6. Be sure to check the local listing where you live. Enjoy the show!
