fulton 55 thoughts - one of the big issues i see w/that place is still lack of a true promoter. the venue books acts, but doesn't seem to do much promotion after the fact. they do have a facebook, but are they using it well? i see flyers from audies a lot more than 55. the bands, especially out of town ones, aren't working their contacts. they need to understand that most venues aren't promoters. perhaps these "2nd tier" type acts assume their name has a much bigger draw, and figure that if they show up at a venue, there will be crowds. not true.
