Who's heard about/read about/seen this?

Aside from seeming like the longest day EVER (for Brian Kenny and anyone who stays for the whole thing. There's prizes), this is a great idea, and we should all make a point to stop in at some point, because Mr. Fresno deserves props for even wanting to do something so crazy-stupid. No, I don't mean stupid in a bad way.

Plus, he's going all out on this. I even received a faxed-press release. No joke.

Believing in the healing powers of both music and laughter, Brian Kenny Fresno offers a free 12-hour marathon concert to the people of the San Joaquin Valley. Brian Kenny Fresno will attempt to perform near continuously from 12 hours at Audie's Olympic Tavern located at 1426 N. Van Ness, in Fresno's Historic Tower District. The concert will be from noon to midnight, and will span several decades of more than 100 of Kenny Fresno's songs. Many special guests will be in attendance, and prizes awarded to anyone who stays the whole time.
