Fresno Famous

Granville Homes is getting all urban on us with its new Fulton Village. These plans have been in the works for some time, and I remember trying to figure out where they heck this place was going to be, cause they (the elusive they) kept saying Fulton Street, and it didn't seem like there was enough empty space for something like this. Anyway, now we've got some info. At least possible floor plans and design sketches. There's even a blog.

This all looks similar to the rest of the area's developments (Vagabond, Iron Bird, et. all) but I won't complain about more housing options and it's good to see a big company throwing its money and name (OK, they did a bit of rebranding) into the project. If this succeeds will we see more home builders heading downtown?
