Here's a pet peeve (you ready?): When the newspaper gives a full two-page spread (not to mention front page treatment) to a movie (in this weeks' case The Soloist), only to tell me in the review (and in a bold text headline), it sucks.
too bad only about 19 people use FF now (or at least thats the way it seems now)I can afford $105 to buy 100 shares, do we go to Bee HQ's this monday?

I noticed the Bee went up to 75 cents. It's only 25 cents more. $1 would be ok if it saved the paper from collapse.
The $13 a month sub is a bargain for what you get. I do see a lot of little articles in the paper I read the previous day at Huffington Post. But, it's the local stories and other longer articles that I don't see on the net. Example: Bee OpEd page had a story about the Mark Arax new book about JG Boswell: Fascinating and never saw it anywhere else on the net.
18APR09 brief article in the Bee about McClatchy warned about delisting from NYSE because value for entire company dropping to less than $75 million and worth less than $1 a share! That sounds just like what happened to Gottschalks a few months before they went bankrupt. Hope it doesn't happen to the Bee.
less than $1 per share? lets buy @ $1.05 to save the Bee
