Fowler, Ca 09/26/2009 -- Christopher Alexander McCowan 19 of Fowler, California will announce his candidacy for the California State Assembly District #31 on Saturday October 3, 2009 at 8am at 325 S. 7th Street Fowler, Ca 93625 (Across from the new Fowler Library).

Mr. McCowan will make a 15 to 20 minute speech in front of members of the Fowler Community which will include members of the Fowler City Council there will be a coffee social with coffee, tea, water, donuts, and muffins following the announcement.
