Modesto Famous on hiatus

So, I took a swing over to our sister site, Modesto Famous the oher day and found this. Apparently, the site has been on hiatus since the end of February. Official word is there's no official word other than what's on the site.

For those who want to ask: Fresno Famous is fine.

Modesto Mojo, or Modesto Mainstreet, anything with initials of "MM", like your nick
& cover the scene over there, hey, people have been starting websites with pop-ups, Amazon, google, etc to start off, why not you?

Modesto Famous

I worked with Modesto Famous since it was created and I was given nothing but an emailed notice on the day that it was killed. McClatchy is in trouble in my opinion. The Modesto Bee has all but totally walked away from the entertainment scene in Modesto and they have proven that the community is just not a priority to them. It is great that FresnoFamous is still strong and thriving!
