EEK! Gas in gouging our pocketbooks & we need help! Us: cool, laid back gals (me,38 & homeowner,50). You MUST be an open minded thinker. Rent $400 + utilities & your portion of phone/internet and a $400.00 deposit. We realize gas is zapping us all so we'll work with the deposit if we're a nice fit. No pets. We have 2 dogs & an outdoor cat. No junkies, alcohlics, or drama queens/kings. Guys or gals ok. Room is medium sized, 1st floor, share bath with other gal. Right now its paintged a sky blue & cream, but you can paint it any scheme you want. Amenities include a large pool, hot tub, washer/dryer, & shared DSL (there are cable hook ups in the room if you'd perfer that. We are like family here & would like whomever joins us to be open minded & positive to be around. Let's save some cash and have a super summer. BBQs & socials are encouraged, good cooking, and come fall, we'll both be in school (city for me & masters for homeowner.
