This isn't one of my normal event advertising posts so prepare yourselves...the following is exciting news:
Students from a Marketing 188 class at Fresno State have made it their mission to shatter a World Record in the name of your local Ronald McDonald House! A group of 6 students have devised a plan to construct the world's largest heart-shaped piggy bank on the recently donated 8acres of land where the future Ronald McDonald House will reside (aka in the front portion of Children's Hospital). We are excited for this new project! Costructin will begin Monday, May 11th, thanks to the team at Cen Cal Builders who donated the majority of the materials and man hours. We want your help in making this happen. The piggy bank will hold change to be donated to the Ronald McDonald House. Change that adds up to allow any family to stay at our house for free while their children are being treated at ANY of the valley's hospitals. We are a house of love and can meet any need that families have: comfort, nutrition, emotion, financial, etc.

We love our community, it's people, and the strength that we gain in numbers; now we need your help.
