The Met is thrilled to bring some much needed heat relief to the Valley with a very special Science of Ice Cream event. Join ice cream expert Dale Morrow of Producers Dairy as he guides us through the process of how everyone's favorite frozen treat is created, a special ice cream tasting (for lecture attendees only) and a chance to make your very own ice cream with an activity sure to thrill the whole family!

Get your sweet tooth on and head to the Met for the Science of Ice Cream! Lecture is free with paid Museum admission, small fee for participation in post-lecture activity.
