After a long (ish) break we're back, with another installment of Flowing with Famous, your favorite podcast about celebrity menstral cycles. BAD JOKE. BAD.

Podcast recording
Yep Stormwysper, pretty much. Find a way to make a recording, preferably in the form of an mp3. Then find someone to host your audio file on the web or, better yet, buy your own space and host it yourself. You can try websites like these:

Hope you and anyone that reads this gives podcasting a try. It's fun....not real rewarding (-$$$), but fun.
The mommy cast is a reference to Central Valley Moms podcast (or something like that). They record their podcast in the same studio that we record Flowing, and all the equipment is jacked up every time we come in there (although, they would probably say the same thing about us...if they knew we existed).

Actually, I blame the Mommy Cast. They're out to get us.

Awesome. I should hopefully have filming wrapped up tomorrow on mine. I just hope it turns out ok, I'm worried about the pacing. Trying to cram a 2 hour movie into 5 minutes is difficult, but makes things interesting.
