Local nonprofit group, PINC (Philanthropy Inspired by the Needs of Our Community) has partnered with the Central California Blood Center for a special blood drive on March 12th in memory of Nic Nelson. All donors will receive a commemorative t-shirt.

Local nonprofit group, PINC (Philanthropy Inspired by the Needs of Our Community) has partnered with the Central California Blood Center for a special blood drive on March 12 in memory of Nic Nelson who passed away on February 4, 2004 at the age of 20 from leukemia. Nic is the brother-in-law of PINC member, Erin Nelson. During Nic’s battle with leukemia he received transfusions for over a 2-year period; this drive helps replenish the blood reserves. Donors will receive a commemorative t-shirt.
