Getting ready to have some townhall meetings at my restaurant for conservatives, wanting to know what info you could supply to help. I have Patterson, Pombo, Poochigian, Villines, Nunes that are interested. Any help would be appreciated.

Really though

the only way to make sense and find the middle ground to hear both extreme ends. Though I find myself understanding Limbaugh it's easy to decide that that extreme view is too far. It's easy to reel back a bit from that. Same with liberal views.

Without both ends of the spectrum, there is no middle to find. Both Channels have homes on my radio, and are enjoyed and appreciated very much. KFSR is another channel with a home on my radio.

Unfortunately the valley is mostly conservative and they cater to that. It's all about money and ratings get that and these fear/hate mongers are able to get the ratings. I normally only listen to Coast to Coast, but even that is getting bad. Seems all they talk about nowadays is stupid right wing conspiracy theories. Thank god for internet radio.

As long as they continue to spew hate from those raving lunatics Limbaugh, Hannity, etc. I can't really say anything nice about the station except that some of the local issues discussed are of interest.
It's terrible that Fresno talk radio is so dominated by this right wing giant. I appreciate the peace activist talk from 88.1 but, where is the moderate talk for those of us in the middle?

I've listened to Chris when

I've listened to Chris when he's filled in for Ray on KMJ and let me say....Chris really brings a new and much needed twist to talk radio!

I've listened to Ray since I was a teenager, and have listened to Chris when he first came on KRZR back in the early 90's. I like them both, but I think Chris would give KMJ a new audience for talk radio.

He and Brad had a show up in

He and Brad had a show up in San Francisco on 106.9 Free FM. It was like Chris's show but with Brad's humor. Unfortunately the station switched formats and they were out of a job.

I hope they get picked up by KMJ as well. The only time I listen is at night and if they had a "younger" show on during the day I think they would pick up another demographic.

I didn't think they actually

I didn't think they actually ever left Fresno - I know they were off the air for a long time but I was under the impression that Chris at least was still in town and just not on the air.

His show that was briefly on 105.9 was great - I hope KMJ or one of their sister stations gives him a slot somewhere.
