Chukchansi Park will host the inaugural Fresno Grizzlies Comedy Jam on Friday, February 22nd in the exclusive 600 Club. Comedy Central veteran Jeff Burghart headlines the event, which also features Fresno's own Andre Covington. Doors open at 8:00pm with the show scheduled to begin at 9:00pm.

Jeff Burghart is recognized nationwide for his masterful impressions and possesses the rare ability to captivate a crowd in seconds and keep them with his signature blends of characters and sarcastic wit. A Los Angeles native, Burghart attended the University of Houston where he won "The Funniest Person in Houston" contest and the rest is history. His TV appearances include Comedy Central's "Premium Blend", the BET Network, and the MDA Telethon where Jerry Lewis proclaimed him, "...one of the craziest people I've ever seen in my whole life!" Jeff's versatility has made him a preferred choice in A-List comedy clubs as well as a sought after return engagement for Fortune 500 companies.

Andre Covington began his comedy career with a 5-minute routine on "Showtime at the Apollo," a do-or-die test for any young comic, which won him slots on other top networks and television shows such as MTV, Comedy Central, BET, and HBO's "Def Comedy Jam". His talent has allowed him to work with comedy stars including George Lopez and Dave Chappelle. In addition to his stand-up career Covington is currently the host of one of the most popular morning shows in the Central Valley, "The Juice Crew" on B95, and hosts "The Sports Fix" on FoxSports1340.

Tickets are recommended to be purchased in advance, but will be available at the door. A full bar and appetizers will be available in The 600 Club for the show.
