Ladies come and join us for Yogini Bikini Bootcamp! By focusing on creative approaches to mundane crunches, this workshop will combine the arts of Yoga and Pilates to tighten the transverse abdominus, and cinch the natural corset of muscles that wraps around the midsection, for a firmer, flatter, bikini ready waistline! Bikini Yogini Bootcamp is not for the faint of heart! Each day we will start with 30 minutes of seated abdominal strengthening. Then we will proceed to challenge the core with 30 minutes of Pilates-infused power yoga! Spend the last 5 minutes each morning sweat covered and proud of your inner bikini yogini.
