Everybody's favorite mayor will make an appearance at the World Ag Expo in Tulare on Tuesday. Yes, we're sure Bubba will make an appearance too. Ahead of his likely 2008 presidential bid, Rudy Giuliani will say a few words in front of a high-tech tractor.

The World Ag Expo is the largest farm show in the world, attracting more than 100,000 people from the far corners of the earth to Tulare. We can't think of a better way to spend Valentine's Day!
