The Central Valley Business Incubator invites the public to an open house on Wednesday, June 20, from 4-7 p.m. to celebrate the recent opening of the new location of its mixed-use incubator, dubbed by CVBI staff as the "Launching Pad."
The Launching Pad houses five on-site members — early-stage businesses able to utilize the assistance, resources and expertise of CVBI staff, as well as administrative offices, a conference room and a training classroom.
The open house celebration will include a ribbon-cutting administered by the Clovis Chamber of Commerce, introductions to and demonstrations by the five on-site members and tours of the facility. Appetizers and wine tasting will also be offered.
The Launching Pad is located at 1630 E. Shaw Ave., Suite 163, in the northeast corner of the Old Spaghetti Factory parking lot. Free parking will be available in the lots in front of and behind the building.
Previously, CVBI was located for 10 ½ years in Clovis.
On May 30, CVBI celebrated the recent opening of its other new facility — the Claude Laval Water and Energy Technology (WET) Incubator — with a public open house.
