Fall is upon us. The leaves are turning brilliant shades of red and gold, a crispness has entered the air, and folks are pulling their mittens and scarves out of winter storage.

Take a walk down Fulton Street and you can't help but notice the giant neon sign that looms over local restaurant and landmark, Tokyo Gardens.

It's Art Hop, and Fulton Plaza Thursdays. That means downtown is going to be filled with people tonight. People, buildings, art, alcohol, music...Fresno's acting like a city! Dancing in the streets!
