so, today i braved the heat and went out for an afternoon game at the chuck. very nice day at the ballpark, except for the heat. i can't blame the grizzlies for that one. what i liked:

Fresno State is now appealing the Stacy Johnson Klein case. I really wish that they would just settle this case. I hate to think of the cost of fighting these lawsuits.
